CONTACT US TO GET STARTED

As an established YouTube creator, you wouldn’t be where you are if you didn’t know what you’re doing. You know your content, you know your crowd, and you know what they want. But now you have a whole new world of pressures.

Maybe you feel you've reached a limit on your ideas or creativity.

Maybe you have new projects or businesses competing for your time because of the success you've built on YouTube.

Maybe you have people to help you, or maybe you’re doing it all yourself.

Either way, you’re feeling stretched. You’re worried you’ll never reach your goals… or you’re on the edge of burning out.

There is so much to be done, and it all succeeds or fails by you releasing a continuous stream of content on YouTube. Whatever else you want to build, you still have to Feed the YouTube Beast.

HERE ARE SOME HARD FACTS TO CONSIDER:

  • FACT #1: There is only so much of you to go around.

You can’t do everything, and you will either fall short of your goals or burn out if you try.

  • FACT #2: Achieving your higher levels of success requires that you must focus all your time and energy on doing ONLY the things that require YOUR brain.

Just because you can do something doesn’t mean that you’re the person who should do it.

  • FACT #3 (and this might be tough to hear): While releasing content on YouTube does require somebody’s brain, a large part of it does not require YOUR brain.

The things that make you unique on YouTube come from your ideas, your personality, and your relationship with your audience. Not from shuffling footage, designing thumbnails, spending hours pushing buttons on editing software, uploading videos, and managing all the little details that aren’t a big deal by themselves… but if it’s up to you do them, they end up keeping you stuck where you are.

THE CONTENT CREATION PROCESS

Here’s the overall process that YouTube creators follow, whether they realize it or not:

Ideation

IDEATION

Developing ideas for videos, titles, and thumbnails according to current channel strategy.

Development

DEVELOPMENT

Writing scripts or bullet points, research, pre-shoot preparations.

Production

PRODUCTION

Shooting video and/or stills.

Post Production

POST-PRODUCTION

Video editing and revision process, thumbnail revision as needed.

Delivery

DELIVERY

Uploading approved content to YouTube and other platforms, depending on creator needs.

Analysis

ANALYSIS

Reviewing content performance and optimizing current or future elements.

Management

MANAGEMENT

Making sure that the system works smoothly, delivers on time, has clear communication, and that everyone gets what they need when they need it. This is the part that most often lives only in the creator’s head - which means it's most likely to take up valuable energy and attention that you could use in better ways.

You know, like making content. Or doing deals. Or selling things. Or helping people.

Some of these areas absolutely require your brain, and you love putting in the time and effort they require. Other areas, well... they drive you nuts.

Either way, the degree to which you say "I have to be actively involved" in ANY of these stages is the degree to which the bottleneck slowing everything down is... you.

THREE STEPS TO REMOVING STRESS, STOPPING BURNOUT, AND ACCOMPLISHING YOUR GOALS
ON YOUTUBE AND ANYWHERE ELSE:

1. REMOVE YOURSELF from everything that does not specifically require YOUR brain.

2. REPLACE YOURSELF with a person or a process who can still do what needs to be done with minimal input from you.

3. FOCUS YOUR TIME AND ENERGY on only the things that DO need your direct input.

THE OBSTACLES TO NEXT-LEVEL SUCCESS

Most creators never understand the need to replace themselves or get help. They say things like:

  • “No one will do it as well as I would.”
  • “It’s just easier to do things myself.”
  • “I don’t know how to find people I can trust.”

And the creators who are truly self-aware actually come right out and say it:

  • "I'm scared out of my mind to not be 100% in control of everything."

If you’re here right now, there’s a good chance you’ve started addressing those objections by getting help or building out a team, or you’re well along that path.

Yet you’re still not where you want to be. Why?

Because no matter how high you go, you will never completely escape those objections. They will always exist at different levels. You can think you’ve got them taken care of, but then you level up and the same objections reappear with a different level of complexity.

Plus the higher you go, the sooner you find that you have a specific set of skills that are fantastic in one or more areas, and not fantastic in others. You CAN’T do everything at the level it needs to be done, and you have to get help from people who know what they’re doing.

This is why reaching the next level requires you to do two things:

  • Taking on those same objections internally at that new level
  • Replacing the question of “HOW can I do this?” with “WHO can do this for me?”

WHAT WE DO

At The Resolve Agency, we dig into your content creation process to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and how to remove as much mental load from you as possible.

By helping your content creation process in the ways that make the most sense for you, we free you to focus on the things that only you can do and build the things that only you can build. Or simply free you to be more present in your life and with your loved ones.

Sometimes that means building out your team by adding a producer/project manager or editor.

Sometimes that means adding a service or process to fill gaps in your team. *cough*thumbnailmanagement*cough*

Sometimes that means reviewing your numbers and analytics to set your path forward.

We know that systems and processes usually make creative people want to run screaming into the night, which is why we do the heavy lifting for you. That way you can reach your unique goals while allowing you to actually do LESS, not more.

And we're not a sweatshop cranking out low-quality, one-size-fits-all widgets – we are creators ourselves, with proven solutions for YOU and YOUR content at a price that makes sense for everyone.

Here's an example of how we've helped one of our clients – all case studies describe actual clients with identifying information removed for confidentiality.

CLIENT CASE STUDY #1

High-Profile YouTube Educator (500K-1M)

When our client faces operational and personnel challenges, Resolve covers the gap until he can return to overseeing the content creation process internally with a restructured team.

Resolve’s role:

  • Content production management and scheduling
  • Creative editorial feedback
  • Channel maintenance
  • Distribution to social media

The client now has gained new clarity into how the creation process works best for his channel. His new structure is in place, and his team is stronger than ever.

WHO WE WORK WITH

  • Creators with over 100K subscribers who want to expand or maintain their output while freeing their time to focus on projects outside the content creation grind.
  • Creators with a desire to expand their smaller audience through solid existing income from online or physical businesses.
  • Creators with every level of teamfrom solo operators up to complex, multi-national teams.
  • Creators who actively serve their audience beyond just entertainment or personal brand-buildingthey not only know what they’re doing, they have meaningful reasons for why they’re doing it.

CLIENT CASE STUDY #2

Women’s Fitness (100K-200K)

Our client has hustled her way to a significant following by doing everything herself. But she knows she needs to level up her team and processes if she wants to expand the quantity AND quality of her output without going crazy doing it. She has ideas for story-driven content, but she’s not a filmmaker or vlogger. She feels stuck when it comes to actually making those videos happen in her own style.

Resolve’s role:

  • Custom process design to combine the creator’s preference for physical calendar planning along with online workflow to help her newly expanded team of producer, editor, and channel manager all stay on the same page.
  • Creative consulting on scripts for story structure, shot selection, and production style.

The client is ecstatic. Her capacity for releasing content has skyrocketed, and she now feels the support to stretch creatively while staying within her own style. She feels empowered, organized, and is shooting for half a million subscribers by the end of the year.

Jon lives in Redmond, Washington, with his wife and two young children, and creates on YouTube at his New Dads channel, featuring videos for dads in the first five years of fatherhood.

CLIENT CASE STUDY #3

Men’s Style (100K-400K)

Our client’s social media channels power an active and growing business, but the creator is now stretched to the breaking point. He just can’t do everything himself anymore on YouTube while attending to all his other projects. He absolutely DESPISES thumbnail design and would do anything to have it taken care of by someone else. Plus, he and his business partner have established high production values and a multi-6-figure following via still photography on Instagram, but when it comes to translating ideas out of the creator’s head into moving video, the team feels they’ve hit their own creative limits.

Resolve’s role:

  • Custom process design to plan and schedule content, making sure the creator, producer, videographer, and editor all stay on the same page.
  • Content analysis on both channel and video level, keyword and audience research, CTR and other metric reporting, data-based proposals for channel direction.
  • Competitor analysis for what competitors are doing well, where they’re falling short, and how our client can differentiate himself from others in his field.
  • Thumbnail management! The client FINALLY has someone who can take his ideas and get options for his approval without him having to oversee every painful step.
  • Creative input for b-roll and shot lists so the creator and photographer can bust out shoot days without wondering if they’re missing anything.

And thanks to the newly upgraded production process and Resolve producer working on his behalf, the client is now farther ahead of schedule than ever before and can focus on a very profitable joint venture.

It’s a beautiful thing.

WHY WE DO THIS

The world is becoming more and more divided and obsessed with shallowness. We believe there’s more to fight for than that.

Where so many people use their voice to divide and tear people down, we believe that creators who bring people together and lift people up deserve to be supported.

We believe that creators like you who provide genuine value to your communities deserve people in your corner who do the same.

We believe that creation is a way to fight against everything gone wrong in the world. We believe that fight will eventually be won, but there’s a lot of work to be done in the meantime.

That’s why we serve and stand with creators in doing that good work.
